NOTLEHS MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES:

1. $20.00 Initial Membership fee
2. $59.00 per each one hour massage.
($1 per minute above one hour)
3. Requires a monthly ACH Debit Agreement of
$59.00 per month for each 12 months.
OTHER NOTLEHS MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS:
Referral Package #1: If you refer one person per month, that schedules and receives a Massage, you will receive a 10% discount for any 1 hour or more massage you schedule
Referral Package #2: If you refer 2 people per month that schedules and does receive a Massage, you will receive a Free 30 minute Massage.
Referral Package #3: If you Refer 3 people per month that schedules and does receive a Massage, you will receive a free one hour massage.
